With more than 14 years of experience working in Charleston’s real estate industry, Marshall Walker founded Simply Commercial with the goal of simplifying commercial transactions, development, and management.  

As a broker and owner of successful residential and commercial brokerages, he has the skills, expertise, and local knowledge to successfully guide his clients through every commercial real estate process. With his extensive experience, Marshall helps his clients foresee and avoid common issues that often plague real estate transactions.

Marshall is passionate about his city and believes in reinvesting in local businesses, schools, parks, and community with resources and leadership. Most days he can be found working in his downtown Charleston office, which he transformed from an old gas station. He invites friends, colleagues, and neighbors to stop in for a chat over coffee.
